Empowering Communities, Fighting Hunger, and Building Sustainable Livelihoods
The Rolan Foundation successfully carried out the Feed Forward initiative in Ondo State, a two-day event dedicated to tackling food insecurity and promoting sustainable solutions.
Over the course of the program, hundreds of people including widows, the elderly, and vulnerable individuals received essential food items to support their immediate needs. Beyond food distribution, participants were also taught sustainable agricultural practices and provided with starter kits and tools to help them build long-term livelihoods.
The beneficiaries were divided into batches across the two days, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to learn, receive resources, and engage meaningfully in the program.
This initiative reflects our commitment to not only meeting urgent needs but also empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources to create lasting change in their communities. By combining immediate relief with sustainable support, the Feed Forward Program continues to transform lives and strengthen communities.
