Rolan Foundation Ibadan carried out the Feed Forward Ibadan initiative in Ile-Gbon Community, Lagelu Local Government Area, Oyo State, as part of our ongoing efforts to alleviate hunger and support underserved families.
Through this initiative, essential food item packs were distributed to vulnerable households, including widows, the elderly, and youths, providing timely relief and much-needed support.
Engaging directly with the community provided firsthand insight into the daily challenges many families face, from limited access to basic necessities to the struggles confronting vulnerable groups. Despite these difficulties, the warmth, resilience, and gratitude of community members were truly inspiring. The smiles on beneficiaries’ faces serve as a powerful reminder of why this work matters and strengthen our commitment to creating lasting, positive impact.
This initiative reflects the Rolan Foundation’s dedication to standing with underserved communities. By delivering targeted support and fostering meaningful engagement, we continue to make a tangible difference one family and one community at a time.
