In line with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), our Food Bank serves as a food storage and distribution depot for the collection and distribution of food items to the less privileged persons in the community. This will help eradicate hunger and unhealthy feeding amongst children, women, and the elderly in society. We hope to achieve this through:
Quarterly food distribution events where seniors and single mothers are invited to benefit from
Sponsorships from food-producing companies;
Sponsorships from High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs)
Partnership with local and international zero hunger-aligned agencies
The Rolan Foundation launched its Food Bank Initiative in line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 2 (SDG2), to erase hunger in the rural and urban communities.
This activity was held on from 17th-18th April, 2023. It was an impactful event, touching lives in Ondo town.
